Lease Terms
The space is available on flexible terms for a negotiable duration.

Rent/Lease Terms: Flexible packages are available with weekly rates starting from £55 per week. Larger suites are available of flexible lease terms with rent on application.

Fixed Cost Packages
Inclusive, fixed cost packages are available from £16.50 per sq. ft. on all available suites.

Car Parking
There is a 112 multi-storey car park with EV (electric vehicle) charge points available. Spaces will be allocated for the larger suites with parking available at £75
pcm for individual suites/hot desks.

VAT
VAT will be payable in addition to all monies quoted.

Service Charge
The smaller suites/hot desks offer all inclusive rents covering common repair costs, factoring charges and utilities.

A Service Charge cost will be applicable for any of the larger office suites. Further information available on request.

Legal Costs
Each party will bear their own legal costs in documenting the lease. The tenant will be responsible for Land and Building Transaction Tax and Registration Dues.

Rates
Any tenant will require to have the rates reassessed on occupation.
